HAARP(high-frequency active auroral research project). Its purpose is to analyze the ionosphere and investigate the potencial for developing ionosphere enhancement technology for radio communication and surveillance purposes.But what is a real motive??? Many people think HAARP camouflages the worlds biggest weapon ever created.It's potencial is worse than nuclear bomb.The world have allready experience with atomic bomb and everybody knows, that there are people they are able to do anything for their own profit.
